The Sequence vocal group is the only Doo-wop oldies super groups left from the 1960’s here in San Antonio TX. They maintained the same repertoire of songs from that era and later added some other favorites.

The Sequence members started singing harmonies while attending high school. They eventually were asked to sing at the school proms and school dances. Later they sang regularly at Villita Plaza Juarez, The Arthur Murray Dance Studio, The Tourist Club, and The Eaglesteen Club.

Among their repertoire are such favorites as Chapel of Dreams by the Dubs, Sixteen Candles by The Crest, One Summer Night by The Danleers, Could this be magic by The Dubs, Zing Went The Strings of My Heart by The Coasters, Most of All by The Moonglows, and Six Nights a Week By The Crest.

Today The Sequence singers are Vic Love, Rudy Cardenas, Reynaldo Sanchez, and Edward Mery, They still perform at their best, and still sing the Oldies from the 1950’s and 1960’s.
